Description
The Humane Society of Missouri is seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for helping animals to work as an Assistant Animal Health Technician / Exam Room Assistant in the Exam Room. This position provides all animals in the Adoption Center with proper care and attention including:
Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent, and at least one year of animal handling experience, with excellent internal customer service skills.
- administering medications/vaccines,
- restraining animals for medical procedures,
- cleaning and sanitizing cages, runs, floors and rooms, and
- providing basic daily necessities.
