Our Client and Animal Services Specialists interact with the public both in person and by phone to conduct animal intake/receiving, processing and adoption of animals. The Lead position is responsible for instructing, training and assisting staff in their duties and with use of the equipment/materials, and coordinating the work flow at the Adoption Center front desk. Additional responsibilities include ensuring the reception area is clean, completing and filing paperwork, operating Adoption Center computer system, and providing essential care to animals received. We are currently looking to fill this full-time benefits eligible position, which include weekend hours, at our brand new state-of-the art location in Maryland Heights. Qualified candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong leadership, customer service, communication and computer skills, and animal handling experience is preferred.
