HSMO’s Longmeadow Rescue Ranch is looking for a Lead Ranch Assistant. Responsibilities include monitoring and checking work of other employees and volunteers,  scheduling and overseeing daily work assignments, ensuring proper care for all animals, adherence to established feeding, sanitation and medical procedures, and assisting and restraining animals for veterinarian and farrier. Valid Class E driver’s license (or the ability to obtain one), professional horse handling and horse trailer experience required. Position requires a flexible schedule and  includes weekend work.
