Description
We are currently seeking a Contact Center Supervisor with high volume call center experience, for our Animal Medical Center of Mid-America (AMCMA) St. Louis City Location. This role will be responsible for the supervision of all Contact Center and Customer Service representatives, including monitoring of daily activities to ensure department standards are being met. Other duties include, but are not limited to, answering incoming phone calls, preparing work schedules to ensure coverage and management presence at all time, resolving and/or escalating customer related issues, and balancing department accounts on a daily basis. This person must be extraordinary at establishing and maintain strong working relationships and maintaining a positive and professional public image at all times. Must also have excellent customer service, communication, teamwork and problem solving skills in a fast-paced environment. Must have open availability. Qualified candidates should have an Associate’s degree or equivalent from two year or technical school, or six months to one year related experience. Previous supervisory and animal handling experience preferred.
