We are looking for an individual with strong leadership abilities, a high level of professionalism, and excellent communication skills to be a leader for our Adoption Center staff. Responsibilities include: training staff, organizing and overseeing workflow, maintaining and completing forms and records, providing back up to management in regards to opening and closing duties and overseeing daily Adoption Center operations. Will ensure animals in the Adoption Center receive proper care and attention including feeding, cleaning, sanitation, and medical procedures, as well as adherence to Adoption Center guidelines for appropriate adoption matches. Qualified candidates should have excellent customer service, leadership, and communication skills, at least 6 months of related experience, and be able to work well in a fast paced environment. Must be available to work weekends and overtime.
