We are currently seeking a Clinic Supervisor for our Animal Medical Center of Mid America (AMCMA) St. Louis City location. This role will be responsible for the supervision of all Veterinary Technicians and Clinic Assistants in both our clinic and surgery, including monitoring of daily activities to ensure department standards are being met. Other duties include, but are not limited to, preparing work schedules to ensure coverage and management presence at all time, resolving and/or escalating customer related issues, and maintaining inventory control, pharmacies and drug logs. This person must be extraordinary at establishing and maintaining strong working relationships and maintaining a positive and professional public image at all times. Must also have excellent customer service, communication, team work, and problem solving skills and have open availability. Qualified candidates should have an Associate's degree or equivalent from two year or technical school, or six month to one year related experience. Previous supervisory and animal handling experience preferred.
