Our Animal Cruelty Task Force is currently looking for an Operator/Dispatcher at our Headquarters on Macklind Avenue. This position is responsible for answering and dispatching calls, as well as entering and tracking dispatched rescue, pick up and investigation tickets. Requirements include excellent communication skills, exceptional customer service skills, strong organizational skills, the ability to handle difficult situations professionally, and availability to work weekend hours. Previous call center experience or dispatch experience preferred.
